Exercise 3.6.9, 23, 39 were graded out of 3 points each, with a free point given if you turned in a paper.
Most students did very well on that homework, I don't have much to say. Notice the derivative of log(5x) is 1 / x, either because of the chain rule, or because log(5x) = log(5) + log(x).
